• We suggest that when your shoe size is ½ size larger than a whole number, select the next larger size.
• For example: If you wear #9.5, you should select American (10) / European (44) size.

Our policy lasts 20 days . If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable Software Products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that was opened.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Changes

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
